This project has a flexible payment plan: 10% down payment + 4% DLD, 60% during construction, and the remaining 40% upon handover.
We offer a variety of units: 1-bedroom, two types of 2-bedroom units, 3-bedroom with maid’s room, 3-bedroom with study, and three types of duplex apartments.
- To qualify for a property-related visa in Dubai, your property must be worth at least 2 million AED. Multiple properties under your name are accepted.
- If you’ve financed the property through a developer or bank mortgage, you’ll need an account statement from the developer or a bank NOC to proceed with the residence visa application.
- You must be physically present in the UAE to apply.
- Married couples can combine their ownership in one property for the visa application. You’ll need a marriage certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and translated into Arabic.
- If the property is jointly owned by a husband and wife and is valued at less than 4 million AED, only one person can initially apply for the golden visa and then sponsor their spouse. The property shares must be equal; otherwise, only the primary shareholder can apply and sponsor their spouse.
- To apply for a golden residence visa, the property’s market value must exceed 2 million AED, verified by an official evaluation certificate.
- Joint ownership with a partner is acceptable if each person’s share is at least 2 million AED. The name on the title deed must match the name on the applicant’s passport.
